What is GlamPlus?
GlamPlus is a SaaS enabled B2B Beauty Marketplace in the beauty and wellness space to create a one stop beauty solution in the $200bn economy of Salons, Spas and Gyms in APAC market.
Journey embarked in July 2020 when 3 cofounders sitting and discussing in a CCD to digitize this offline and fragmented beauty market. Initially, GlamPlus started as a pure play SaaS offering with CRM and ERP features to enable salons/beauty centers/retail beauty with digital offerings and enhance their outlet experience. As we expanded from 1 to 100 salons in first 6months of launch, we started getting request for beauty products from the users and hence compounding B2B beauty e-commerce over SaaS came as an organic expansion to the product and model pivoted from pure play SaaS to SaaS enabled B2B beauty marketplace. Over a period of 15months, we have become a one stop solution to more than 7000+ customers on the platform offering both SaaS plus e-commerce offerings.

First of all, the application is very simple to use. Second, Whatsapp messaging is good, but invoices are best for clients because they are easy to read and understand. You can easily save data. How to login the GlamPlus software?
Follow the steps:-
- In Google Chrome search app.glamplus.in
- Enter your registered mobile number
- If you remember the password you can login or else click on Forgot password
- You will get OTP on your registered mobile number
- Enter the OTP number and click Login

What are the payment modes in the salon management software?
Types are:-
- Cash
- Partial Payment
- Debit Card

- Wallet money(if membership is avail by the customer)

What are the ways to share the bills?
The ways are:-
- Web Print
- Thermal Print

Can customers delete or edit the invoice after the bill is completed?
Yes you can delete the bills but the edit feature is not available.

Where can they reprint the bills?
There are 2 options:-
- Appointment dashboard, search the name, open the booking and click the invoice.
- In invoice you can enter the customer name / number and take the reprint.

Can we enter the back dated on this software?
Yes we can create back dated bills if the owner gives the access to create.

What can we see in the dashboard?
We can see entire day process in the dashboard:-
- Today's Revenue
- Realised Revenue
- Total appointment count
- Total active staff available now

What is the feature mentioned in the invoice page ADD and VIEW NOTES?
In ADD and VIEW NOTES, we can add:-
- Any important note, For example:- Customer gets reaction or have favorite staff to give services. Just to priorities the customer wants.

How to create a password?
To create the password follow the steps:-
- In the Dashboard page, the triangle icon is reflected on the right hand side top.
- After clicking on that, you will get the setting option.
- In setting option, scroll down and you will get Update Password
- Enter the recent OTP which you have received and create password
- For example:- Glamplus@1234
- 8 = 8 characters minimum length. 4 = 1 lower case + 1 upper case + 1 number + 1 special character must be there
- Don't use the business name for password

How to send promotions to your customers (SMS/ Whatsapp)?
To create promotions for your customers follow the steps:-
- Go to the Client page and select the send to all checkbox
- On right hand side you can see (Send Promotion to Clients OR Send Bulk Promotion OR Promotion History)
- Click and check the SMS/ Whatsapp Option.
- SMS:-Select the template ,write the offer and click on send (Delivered TAT:- 4 working hours)
- Whatsapp:- Add image (JPG file) and write the message (1000 characters) and click on send (Delivered TAT:- 24 working hours)
