What is GlamPlus?
GlamPlus is a SaaS enabled B2B Beauty Marketplace in the beauty and wellness space to create a one stop beauty solution in the $200bn economy of Salons, Spas and Gyms in APAC market.
Journey embarked in July 2020 when 3 cofounders sitting and discussing in a CCD to digitize this offline and fragmented beauty market. Initially, GlamPlus started as a pure play SaaS offering with CRM and ERP features to enable salons/beauty centers/retail beauty with digital offerings and enhance their outlet experience. As we expanded from 1 to 100 salons in first 6months of launch, we started getting request for beauty products from the users and hence compounding B2B beauty e-commerce over SaaS came as an organic expansion to the product and model pivoted from pure play SaaS to SaaS enabled B2B beauty marketplace. Over a period of 15months, we have become a one stop solution to more than 7000+ customers on the platform offering both SaaS plus e-commerce offerings.
On the hindsight, we have listed more than 25 professional brands on the platform with more than 2000 SKUs being displayed on the GlamPlus marketplace website with major ones being Loreal, Lotus, RICA and others. GlamPlus has expanded the footprints to 6 cities in India including 3 major metros- Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata and witnessing growth of 10-15% month on month. We have grown to team size of more than 100 Glamites, user base of more than 7000 B2B customers, 6lakhs+ B2C Customers, Beauty staff data of more than 15000.
